How do we put the “human-shaped design” method in to action? Do we do it using a continuous customer feedback loop? Agile development? Rapid prototyping? At SXSW 2017 we’d like to talk about it but it will only happen if you upvote our panel!
We want to talk about what consumers want, what they will find useful, exciting and will pay for. If we know those answers, prototypes can then be created to test for empathy, usability, value, buying triggers, etc.
We’ll answer questions such as how have you applied the human-shaped design approach into your work and life? Or have you ever experienced a product or service that was so compelling that you had to buy/use it?
Join speakers from Designit and Ruder Finn, as they delve into the new age where consumers want products that are personalized, useful and inexplicably desirable. Is that too much to ask? The only way to find out is to vote for the panel.
