Dan has over 20 years experience leading CX and creative design for numerous international brands, both client and agency side, specializing in media, commerce, and the “art of the transaction”. Projects focus on the digital ecosystem, from designing big-picture strategies to the execution of individual touch points, creating a consistent and unified experience. Dan’s customer-centric approach blends user experience design, research & analytics, brand messaging, and technology innovation. He led the UX, Content Strategy, and User Experience Research teams for Rosetta Marketing, the fourth largest marketing agency in the United States. He has also led customer-focused solutions for U.S based agencies Razorfish and Plural.

I’m Pi-shaped (!), love stories and am very ‘hands-on’. My ‘one-way trip to oblivion’ – or quest – is to transform the experience of ‘work’ into something much more productive and worthwhile from the lethargic old world of business. Unashamedly guilty of a relentless ‘get-it-done’ mentality, but set against lots of customer narration, rapid creative iteration, plenty of visual storytelling and whatever else helps the customer centric proposition or idea-that-needs-to-happen flourish. Chemistry is key and I have been lucky enough to work with lots of really great people. I’m rarely deterred and find working to remove impediments one of the best parts of the job.
